There are no 4K 60hz monitors that run at higher refresh rates at lower resolutions, except a couple prototypes. You should get a 120-144hz 4K monitor with HDMI 2.1 like the upcoming 27GP950 or a high refresh rate 1440p monitor that can accept a 4K signal while also being able to run at 120hz with consoles.
1440p 144hz. The difference between 240hz and 144hz has diminishing returns compared with going from 60hz to 144hz and the gain in detail from the resolution is a far more noticeable upgrade. Especially for day to day use as well as in gaming, while the 240hz you MIGHT on notice in fast FSP games, if you will notice at all.
Can 3060 ti run 1080p 240Hz? Yes, the RTX 3060 Ti is capable of running many games at 1080p 240Hz resolution. However, there are some games that are more demanding as they need more than 8GB VRAM, in that case, you will need to lower the settings at 1080p 240Hz settings to play such games. People say 1080p is a better downscale cause of the 1:4 Pixel ratio to 4K, where the ratio to 1440p isn't a natural number - so you should play at 1080p. I however think it downscales better to 1440p than 1080p. 1080p looks extremely blurry - 1440p does too, but less noticeable.
It's currently the standard screen resolution. You won't be disappointed in acquiring a 1080p monitor as this is the most commonly used screen resolution across different platforms. You'll save money. 1080p monitors, even at larger displays like 27 inches, are much more affordable and cheaper than 1440p monitors.
Bc im not sure if my pc can handle 2k and i want to get a 2k monitor but if my pc cant handle it and i could have spent extra on a monitor my pc cant run decently or if i should just stick with a 1080p monitor and really good fps, im fine with either monitor but if my pc can handle 2k with decent fps i prob would buy it. yIgUG.
