My copy is well-centered, at least as measured at the extreme edges (didn't look at corners) 24mm: Reasonably sharp across the frame staring at f/5.6, last 1/3 frame to edges a little soft through f/8 (weakest focal length) 35mm: Very sharp across the frame starting at f/4 (35-50mm focal length) 50mm: Very sharp across the frame starting at f/5.6. 24-70mm f/4 24-70mm f/2.8 . The already impressive 200mm reach of the NIKKOR Z 24-200mm f/4-6.3 VR can be effectively extended to an amazing 300mm when used on an APS-C size/DX format camera like the Z 50 or by setting your Full-frame/FX format camera to DX crop mode.
The 14-30 takes 82mm filters - so filters are not cheap. And unfortunately, the filter size does not match the 24-70 f/4 which has a 72mm filter. And the Z 70-200 f/2.8 or F-mount versions use a 77mm filter - so that's three stacks of filters. I'd skip the UV filter and get a clear filter.
